The Attain Group Honoured for Outstanding Customer Service by Building Owners and Managers Association

Ottawa engineering and consulting firm takes top award for customer service in the local real-estate industry.

Ottawa, Ontario – May 7, 2010

The Attain Group, an engineering and consulting firm specializing in telecommunication, security, audio-visual and other display systems, has been awarded top honours in customer service in the Ottawa real-estate industry by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

The Attain Group was selected for the BOMA Pinnacle Award in the Customer Service Company category based on its unique ability to deliver services that combine expertise in both telecommunication and real estate, as well as for its processes and initiatives focused on providing excellent customer service. Nominated by a client, The Attain Group’s submission was supported by numerous of the firm’s customers who provided references and wrote letters describing the exceptional level of service that they receive from the company.

The BOMA Pinnacle Awards recognize companies that represent a standard of excellence to which all BOMA members and their employees should aspire. They recognize innovation, teamwork, outstanding service and commitment to clients. The Attain Group won in the Customer Service Company category for Ottawa, which recognizes Attain’s consistency, creativity and integrity in providing customer-focused, customer-driven service.

Attain will now advance to the BOMA Canada National Awards to be held in September, 2010.
