The Attain Group Wins National Award for Outstanding Customer Service

The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) has awarded Ottawa telecommunication engineering and consulting firm the top national award for customer service

Ottawa, Canada – September 21, 2010

The Attain Group, an engineering and consulting firm specializing in telecommunication, security, audio-visual and other display systems, has been chosen the top customer service company in Canada’s real-estate industry by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

In May, The Attain Group received BOMA’s Pinnacle Award for Customer Service in the Ottawa region. Now, Attain has been recognized nationally for its unique ability to deliver services that combine expertise in both telecommunication and real estate, as well as for its processes and initiatives focused on providing excellent customer service. Nominated by a client, The Attain Group’s submissions were supported by numerous customers who provided references and wrote letters describing the exceptional level of service that they receive from the company.
